All UNWATCHED products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary slightly during busy periods.

U.S. Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is generally:

4–10 business days from the date of purchase

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipment notification is received.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
